Send Me On Vacation

Tigerlily Foundation and Send Me on Vacation are proud to now be under one umbrella, offering patients transformational experiences during and after breast cancer.  The core vision of this program is to educate, support, empower and transform patients.  This program provides breast cancer survivors the opportunity to initiate the process of emotional healing through a one-of-a-kind vacation experience. These experiences empower survivors to reconnect with their body, mind and spirit through guided meditation therapy self-care workshops and exciting experiences in unique places around the world. Each of vacation experience has the profound effect on participants by revitalizing, rejuvenating and rebuilding the lives of survivors.  We have a special mantra for this program, “I will overcome fear and be transformed by this journey. I am at peace.”  For more than 10 years, this program has sent more than 500 breast cancer survivors on personalized, supportive, beautiful empowerment and wellness retreats in 27 countries. Through this program, we offer various retreat options, including the below:

Revive and Thrive

Our Revive and Thrive vacation focuses on reviving the inner spirit of each recipient by traveling to an exciting destination around the world. The program is designed to provide recipients with adventure, exploration, and friendship.  From a “bucket list” vacation, to revisiting a place you absolutely loved and want to return, Revive and Thrive is sure to ignite your sense of fun, adventure and exploration. This vacation is a group vacation offered to breast cancer survivors only.  The Revive and Thrive program varies from 4 to 7 days.

A Mermaids Transformation -A Spiritual Experience

This program is designed for people who desire an emotional healing experience. The Mermaid’s Journey program encourages each participant to reconnect to herself and dive deep into discovering her inner beauty, strength, and grace. This is a program of self–discovery, self-love and self–healing. This empowering vacation includes a mandatory 3-hour morning workshop, guided meditations, and an optional mermaid photo shoot. This vacation is a group vacation offered only to breast cancer survivors and varies from 5 to 7 days.

Vacation Angel – A Mentoring Experience

Vacation Angels are past recipients who wish to travel on additional vacations and mentor new SMOV recipients. If you have attended a trip with SMOV and found it to be a valuable experience, you may consider wanting to share your excitement about the program with new recipients and let them know “they have a friend.” Becoming a vacation angel is a great way to continue to connect with other breast cancer survivors and see the world.  The survivor may attend any SMOV vacation as often as they wish.
