Gentle Yoga Slow Flow and Restore:  a grounding practice that links breath and movement.  This class will start grounded on the mat and will follow a gentle energetic arc.  You will incorporate some standing and balancing postures and will finish with quiet yin style stretches.  Attention will be drawn to a longer, slower breath in order to shift focus inside to promote healing, strength, and resilience.
