Inclusion and Diversity Program Manager
Shanda Cooper is a highly entrepreneurial problem solver adept at understanding new issues, building and maintaining client relationships and growth opportunities. She holds an A.B. in International Relations from the College of William and Mary, and a MSc. in Violence, Conflict, and Development from the University of London, SOAS. Shanda has lived and worked in the United States, Liberia, and Tunisia to support local investment in defense, agribusiness and post-conflict economic development through innovative solutions. Passionate about helping others and equality, she serves as Engagement Committee Chair for the Society of 1918, a woman-funded giving society committed to growing women’s engagement, leadership and philanthropy at the College of William & Mary. She also serves as the Co-Chair for Outreach and Social Justice Ministries at the Washington National Cathedral.
