Natalie Lewis
Natalie Lewis is a certified holistic health coach, meditation guide, speaker and spiritual advisor who helps men and women and balance in mind, body, and soul through meditation, plant medicine, energy medicine, nutrition, and mindset shifting. Her work began with a desire to first heal her own life which fueled her dedication to continuously learn, grow, and evolve. This personal dedication then became her life’s mission to share her journey of how to create a sustainable health and wellness lifestyle.
Natalie is a Mother to three teen daughters and a USAF Veteran. She resides in sunny South Florida where you can open and her spending time with her family at the beach.
Esther Boykin
Esther Boykin is a psychotherapist who wants to live in a world where everyone believes that Therapy Is Not A Dirty Word. As the CEO of Group Therapy Associates, a private practice in the DC metro area, she works every day to make mental health accessible, innovative, and culturally relevant for all people. Tania Koulakian
Tania is a motivated World Class Movement Instructor with advanced training in Ballet at Canadian Ballet Theatre and Interdisciplinary Yoga Methods at Nosara Institute, Costa Rica. Having a strong ballet and movement background, she leads dynamic classes that help you get mobile, strong and moving confidently. Her classes are a fusion of mindful breathing, dance, pilates, yoga, animal flow and strength training. Find her on instagram @harmonize.world and check out her videos! Mary Phelan
Mary has been a Spiritual Coach and Teacher since 2000 and have been an EFT Practioner and Trainer since 2006. During this time, she has conducted many thousands of successful tapping sessions, group sessions and trainings. She has a background as a Spiritual and Intuitive coach, Information Systems and many years of research into psychology, parapsychology, emotional well-being and brain function.
Lauren Neuburger
Lauren was diagnosed with breast cancer when she was 26 years old and this diagnosis was the catalyst for change for the rest of her life. She turned her pain into purpose and left a career in finance and became a holistic nutritionist that specializes in breast cancer.
Lauren uses each and every recommendation she gives her clients in her own breast cancer prevention protocol. She’s living proof that the tools and strategies she gives you can have a tremendous impact on your overall health and quality of life.
Lauren believes whole-heartedly that life after breast cancer can be the best years of your life. She doesn’t want you to survive, but empowers you to take charge of your health and truly thrive.
Michaela Bekenn
Michaela Bekenn is a Toronto-based interdisciplinary artist, singer-songwriter, dancer, storyteller, and wellness practitioner. She completed her yoga training through the Sivananda Centre in Quebec & India, her Sound Therapy training through the Institute of Traditional Medicine in Toronto, and her Meditation teacher training through the Nalanda Institute in New York. Michaela offers Compassion-Based Resilience Training (CBRT) to individuals, communities, and corporate groups, as well as mindfulness practices for addiction recovery, stress reduction, and aiding chronic pain. She finds great joy in working with diverse demographics across Toronto; offering meditation sessions in corporate spaces, movement, music and nature-based education for youth, and sound therapy & yoga for all ages and abilities. Michaela believes deeply in the power of community and integrative wellness. She is committed to nurturing a safe practice and inclusive space for participants to journey inward, and feel nourished from the inside out.
Patricia Fox
Patricia is a breast cancer survivor diagnosed in 2013 at 26 years old. Since then, she has been inspired to promote awareness that young adults can and do get cancer! Moreover, as a woman of color, she especially wanted to contribute to the visibility of black women braving this disease. Patricia implements beauty and wellness in her advocacy and is the author of “Declarations, Statements of Healing for Women Braving Dis-ease.
Poornima Kadambari is a certified Reiki Master, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Lightarian Facilitator from Toronto, ON.
She has studied and practiced the healing arts for over 18 years with a focus on Prayer, Blessings, Emotional Release Work, Energy Balancing and Empowerment. She has been taught by Simon Heather, Sarah Shepherd, Luke Alvisi, Craig MacLennan, and Ananda Sangha. Her interests are painting, singing, and watching tv shows and movies from the 80s and 90s.
Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to attend this event.
Participation will be limited to cancer patients/survivors, their caregivers and family members.
Applicants must live in the United States.
Yoga/stretching session will be led but is optional
