JOB DESCRIPTION:
Tigerlily Foundation’s Director of Community Relations is responsible for developing overall community relations strategy to align local community relations programs, develop and manage relationships with local healthcare organizations, businesses and associations. This is a volunteer position. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Director of Community Relations is responsible for managing and cultivating partnerships with community groups
• Provides oversight and support to existing partnerships and assists in the development of new partnerships

• Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare organizations, businesses and associations

• Develops the strategy and protocols for working with community partners and acts as a liaison for community initiatives
• Coordinates community-focused projects and facilitates connections to and among partnerships
• Promotes community partnership activities
• Develop partnerships/initiatives to enhance strategic objectives and mission of Tigerlily
• Create means of recognizing and rewarding community partnership and engagement

• Attend chamber, partner, networking, coalition and other meetings, to assess partnership opportunities, develop relationships and communicate Tigerlily mission and objectives
