PETALS Program ©

Tigerlily Foundation’s Peer Education Through Awareness and Leadership (PETALs) © Program is our flagship educational program, focusing on educating young women about their breast health.  Our goal is to ensure that young women 1) Learn the facts; 2) Know their bodies; 3) Speak up for their health and 4) Embrace Support.

The PETALS © Program focused on educating young women ages 15 – 40 about their bodies.  Using age-appropriate modules, we educate young women about their breast health, teach them how to conduct breast self examinations and give them information on prevention, wellness and body care that will empower them to live healthier lives.
